At B International Gym, we strive to provide our members with the best fitness experience possible. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below to understand your options and our procedures.
1. Membership Fees
- Monthly Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so according to the terms outlined in your membership agreement.
- Annual Memberships: If you cancel your annual membership within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative fees and the cost of services used (e.g., personal training sessions, classes attended). After 30 days, annual membership fees are non-refundable.
2. Personal Training Packages
- Unused Sessions: If you purchase a personal training package and do not use any sessions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used.
- Used Sessions: No refunds will be provided for sessions that have already been completed.
3. Group Classes and Special Programs
- Cancellation by Member: If you cancel your registration for a group class or special program at least 7 days before the start date, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Gym: If B International Gym cancels a class or program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another class/program.
4. Merchandise
- Unused Merchandise: Unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.
- Used or Damaged Merchandise: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for used or damaged merchandise unless the item is defective. If the item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
5. Processing Refunds
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to binternationalgymranchi@gmail.com or in person at our front desk.
- Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 -10 business days
6. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided for services or products that have been fully utilized or for reasons unrelated to the gym’s performance (e.g., change of mind, relocation, or personal circumstances).
